Work with Tammy provides website design, search engine optimization (SEO), and related digital marketing services. The scope, pricing, and delivery timelines of services will be outlined in individual agreements or proposals.
2. User Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree that you will:
Provide accurate and complete information when requested.
Use our services for lawful purposes only.
Not attempt to copy, duplicate, or resell any part of our services without permission.
3. Payments & Billing
Payment terms will be specified in individual agreements or invoices.
Payments must be made on time. Late payments may result in delayed project timelines or suspension of services.
All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Feedback & Testimonials
By submitting feedback, testimonials, or reviews about our services, you grant Work with Tammy a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and display such content for marketing and promotional purposes, including on our website and social media channels.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, code, and materials created by Work with Tammy remain our intellectual property until full payment has been received.
Once payment is complete, ownership of the final deliverables (such as website files or SEO reports) will transfer to the client, unless otherwise agreed.
6. Third-Party Services
Our services may involve third-party tools, plugins, or platforms (such as Google Analytics, hosting providers, or payment processors). We are not responsible for the performance, security, or policies of these third parties.
7. Limitation of Liability
Work with Tammy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. While we strive to deliver high-quality results, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes (such as #1 search engine rankings).
8. Termination of Services
Either party may discontinue services by providing 30 days’ written notice.
If a party fails to provide 30 days’ written notice, a $300 early termination fee will apply.
Work with Tammy reserves the right to suspend or terminate services immediately if:
Payments are not made in accordance with agreed terms.
A client engages in unlawful or unethical practices.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Work with Tammy operates.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
